PICK SOME PRODUCE OR VISIT THE MARKET AT MACK’S APPLES
is an eighth-generation family-run 400-acre farm with all different kinds of fruits and veggies to choose from. They have peaches, pears, pumpkins, squash, and of course, apples. In fact, 100 of the 400 acres is dedicated solely to the crisp fruit.
You can pick your own apples or pumpkins in season. Or, you can check out the market, where you’ll find such delicious items as donuts, pies, honey, jams, and maple syrup. While you’re shopping for some tasty goodies, take a look at the old photos in “Mack’s Attic” where you’ll find a copy of one of the old deeds to the farm signed by Matthew Thornton, who also signed the Declaration of Independence.
