Everything was really great except for picking up my car after service. I spoke with the man at the desk, told him my name and the name of my service person, told him the bill had been fully paid and I could see my car, and then waited at least 15 minutes. When I asked what was up after 7 or 8 minutes, I was told Josh was on he phone. I waited another 7 or 8 minutes before asking if anyone else could help. Finally another man came out and helped me.
When I arrived at the dealership, I was warmly greeted by the gentleman who checked me in. Within minutes I was welcomed by the Service Writer, he asked if I had any concerns or questions about my car. I was very pleased The State inspection was completed within an hour. My SUV is just over a year old

The service was excellent Josh was stellar. I’m upset that I needed brakes replaced at only 17,000 miles. In 45 years of owning cars I’ve never seen this happen. It should be covered under warranty. I’ve done my research and this is quite unusual
