Yoga Classes

Yoga Class


Prenatal Yoga

When visiting Yoga Balance you’ll have the choice of seven yoga classes to attend. While each class follows the same principles of yoga you’ll find some variations among each offering. This diversity allows you to attend the class that best fits your lifestyle needs.


You’ll find yourself moving slower during the gentle yoga classes. During this exercise you’ll focus on stretching and breathing techniques to help calm your mind. Classes are typically 45 minutes.


Those looking to strengthen your bodies should attend one of the align classes offered at Yoga Balance. During these 75-minute classes you’ll be holding yoga poses longer to help with your body’s alignment.


Looking for a challenge? Check out their flow yoga class—their most advanced and active class offered. You’ll be quickly moving from posture to posture with each inhale and exhale to help with strength and toning.

Prenatal Yoga

Soon-to-be and new moms are invited to join the prenatal yoga class, a six-week class where you’ll learn breathing techniques and how to relax during pregnancy and childbirth.


Want a flatter, more toned tummy? Check out the core yoga class. Here you’ll work on poses that help stabilize, stretch, and strengthen your abdomen, back, hamstrings, and more.

Warm Yoga

Looking to turn your yoga class into a sweat fest? Attend their warm yoga class. During these classes the room will be heated to 80-85 degrees to help relax muscles and kick up the difficulty level of your class.

Yoga Teacher Training

Love yoga so much that you want to become a teacher? You can attend their 200-hour training certification class. Check out their Facebook page to learn more about this unique offering.

Kids Yoga

Workshops & Events

In addition to their regular schedule of yoga classes, Yoga Balance also offers several workshops and events. Some favorite workshop events include restorative yoga and yoga for you and the kids. During the restorative yoga class, you’ll be using props to help hold postures aimed at opening your body. You’ll leave this class feeling rejuvenated.

The yoga for you and the kids’ workshops are open to families with children aged four through nine years old. The whole family will work on poses that increase flexibility and strength. What we love the most about this class is that it’s a great way to spend time together as a family.
